Cubism Book

Objective: To design a book to inform the reader about a specific art movement by designing body text and using images as examples of work from that movement.

I chose the Cubism movement because I find that the geometric and abstract pieces that came from the movement are unique in how they show their subject. I researched artists who were better known in order to connect what some people know out of common knowledge and unite it with new and interesting knowledge. I did this by pairing the image so that they align with what the designed body text informs.
